Standing watch over the shrines, temples and burial places of many, Yojinanga is the keeper of these sacred places, protector of the threshold between our world and the Other.

Yojinaga is the imaginative result of a quick jaunt into resin kit making.

​

From the outset, completing this kit was a challenge, from the design decisions to the process of modelling such a complex shape, there was much to be learnt.

​

But as each stage was worked through and the design simplified piece by piece, the end result was highly successful as both a learning experience, but as a simple resin kit as well.

​

Modelled in Solidworks, the parts were split and 3D Printed. After some finishing on these plastic pieces, the silicon moulds were made and the kit was ready to be cast in resin. Produced as an unpainted item, the kit is intended for collectors and hobbyists to put their own spin on the Watchful Keeper.
